Energy savings on the ground

In 2018, the EU has equipped itself with a comprehensive legislative package setting its 2030 energy efficiency ambition.
The next few years will be crucial to move from targets to action, and show tangible benefits to citizens.
In the residential sector alone, additional yearly investments in range of €130-200 billon are needed to reach the EU’s 2030 targets.
The policies put in place by the EU and its Member States are not sufficient to put us on track, jeopardizing the achievement of the 2020 and 2030 energy efficiency targets.
Our consultancy has been involved in several projects and research pieces on the implementation of the energy efficiency acquis, and is exploring partnerships with the aim to boost the demand for energy efficiency products and services.
